1. What is Trade2USA? Trade2USA is a warehousing, distribution & order fulfillment specialist with 20 years of import/export experience. We have offices in the U.S., U.K., and Germany, and work with service partners to give our customers fully integrated logistics services.
2. What are the advantages of using Trade2USA ? Trade2USA combines the flexibility, local expertise and service of an independently owned company with the global reach of a multinational logistics provider. Our organization provides the two most important elements in international logistics: familiarity with local languages, laws and customs, and personalized service, tailored to your needs.
3. Who owns the inventory? The manufacturer or exporter always maintains ownership of their own products. The inventory is stored and managed by Trade2USA in secure, multi-user facilities in the U.S., U.K., & Germany.
4. In which currency do you invoice? We bill for all services in U.S. Dollars. Customer can pay by bank transfer or company check drawn on a U.S. bank.
5. Are there any up-front costs? Just the costs for freight and duties to get your products shipped and into the Trade2USA warehouse.
6. Is there a minimum export amount to the US? Yes, one pallet of inventory.
7. Can I track orders shipped from Trade2USA? Yes, we will email you daily shipment and tracking info.
8. How can Trade2USA improve my customer service? With Trade2USA you can deliver customers' orders faster and cheaper with few or no customs delays.
9. What if I don't currently sell in the U.S.?
